Happy TED Talk Tuesday! Today we watched the TED Talk "How to Practice Emotional First Aid". This TED Talk discussed the importance of prioritizing emotional health as much as we prioritize our physical health. The speaker suggested that when ruminating over negative ideas, to concentrate on a task for two minutes. This helps in releasing the pressure of some negative feelings and thoughts. Thank you to all of our members who participated today! #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #TEDTalkTuesday #connectionsplace #clubhouse
