Slow down, turn off the technology and connect with yourself. If you are a business owner please listen, to feel connected to your community and give the best of yourself you need to connect with your inner creative guides, you need to slow down and reboot for some that are arts and crafts, for others it is running or yoga, for some it's being silly with the family, regardless what fills you up, remember to plan it into your schedule.

Follow Your Gut, but why? When following your gut you're less likely to overthink or compare yourself to others, you are more likely to do the right thing even when it isn't easy and when following your gut you're more likely, to be honest, and vulnerable which helps others connect with you.

How do you learn? Reading, hands-on, self-lead, scheduled... Learning how to use social media effectively has a lot to do with learning styles if you don't have someone who can adapt to how you learn you can miss key features or functions. Similar to knitting there isn't one way to approach.
