It’s been a helluva week, especially with people that are like a dog with a bone! But an awesome client made our week and our Friday with these great photos and an email of thanks. We always knew these aspens would pop against the dense dark green of the pacific north west planting palette on Bowen Island - so happy the clients love it too. #happyfriday

We have just finished this project on one of the highest lots in Kadenwood, it was a fun project with @mccmodernconceptcontracting we... are stoked with how this chimney Corten tower and sliding ipe wood hot tub cover worked out as well as huge evergreen tree planting and corten fence. More than 10 years ago this roof was our first job as Considered Design, at the time I’d ask myself ‘are we doing the right thing?’ And these words by #Martincreed had just gone up ‘Everything is going to be alright’. It was literally a beacon of light and I’d find myself constantly repeating it in my head.
