De retour à Bâle, Montréal et Bordeaux après une fantastique semaine à York où nous avons joué pour la première fois en public, et une journée de tourisme à Londres. Congratulations to our good friends from L'Apothéose Ensemble, El Gran Teatro del Mundo and the Butter Quartet for the well-deserved prizes and to all the groups, it was such a beautiful day of music making. We go home with tons of ideas for projects, with new friends, and both proud and optimistic for the future...! Our performance yesterday at the National Centre for Early Music marked the Consort's debut as a group. Une célébration s'imposait, et vue l'heure, rien de mieux qu'un afternoon tea avant d'aller assister au Evensong de la cathédrale de York!
