Beautiful weekend to finish up cleaning for our final inspections this week. Took time to plane and start assembling our live edge tables. Even bigger news. Received our order of 1600kg of malts to start brewing next week as well. Woohoo. Let's finally get this place open. No more delays.

Big news today...the kitchen equipment has finally arrived. The chef is absolutely drooling. He can not wait to whip up the delicious food he has in mind. Look at the beauty of a pizza oven.

Its alive!!! First batch of beer started at the new location. More clean up to do, but the list is pretty short of things to complete.

It maybe getting cold out, but nothing is warmer than a Conspiracy brew by a backyard fire.

Looking for faster ways to get the beer into your hands. A truck would be practical , but this is more fun. If you see that streak of red...its me and not Superman.

Setting up the old brewhouse as our pilot system. I think a small batch of our Flat Earth Blood Orange IPA or something new for our grand opening. Will see what I can come up with this weekend.

One of the reasons for our delayed opening. Spraying fire retardant onto the basement ceiling. Too bad the city didnt notify us of this earlier. Another Conspiracy? We have had many against us while trying to opening. Good news is we have hired a great core group of people who are excited to make your visit with us the best in the city. More coming on that later. Tic toc the clock is getting closer to opening.

Some more views of the interior. Please notice that we are taking social distancing very seriously. We have a large interior space to accommodate approximately 75 people. We want everybody to come and enjoy the fruits of our labour, but also feel safe to do so at the same time. Count down is on. We are finalizing our kitchen staff now. We are still looking for a few more full time front of house staff. Please pass along if you know anybody that is interested.

Weekend project done with setting up the front of house. Looking awesome. Even had time for a Project Mk/Uktra in a 20oz beer can glass.
