We have had a lot of question regarding if you need an appointment to try on glasses. You do not need an appointment to try on glasses, you can come into the store anytime. We do have a max of 11 customers in the store at a time, so we do ask that you do not bring more then 1 person with you to try on glasses. If you do and we get busy we may have to ask the people not trying on glasses to wait outside. We also just wanted to give a friendly reminder that we do have to sanit...ize everything in the store that you touch, so we ask that if you have kids to please keep them beside you to avoid them touching too many things. With all that being said we wanted to put out a huge thank you to everyone who has been in lately and your patience with us. Did you know we are locally own and operated? We often get mistaken for being a chain, but that is not the case we have been locally own and operate for 35 years here in Red Deer!

Today is the day!! We are officially back open to help you and all of your glasses needs. our new temporary hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday trough Saturday and closed on Sunday!

We are officially open tomorrow at 9:30am! We just wanted to remind you to take proper safety measure when you do come into our store and practice physical distancing! This means only bring one family member who lives in the same household as you in with you to try on glasses!

I know a lot of people have been messaging in and calling us trying to figure out when we will be open. We have been working this week on making sure we have all of the new safety procedures in place and are happy to say we will be opening up with the rest of the mall on Thursday May 14, 2020 with restricted hours to start. We will be open 9:30am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. We ask that when you do come into the store you only bring one other person with you to try on glasses as we do need to limit the people in the store for the safety of our staff and you, this will also mean there may be a bit of a wait to get into the store if we are busy.

Due to COVID-19 with the safety of our staff and customers in mind we have made a difficult decision to close our store until further notice. As soon as we know our reopening date we will be posting in here on Facebook.

UPDATE Due to COVID-19 our store hours have been continuously changing and we are very sorry for any inconveniences. We are doing our best to protect our staff but still serve our customers. At this time our hours will be as follows for the rest of this week: Monday through Saturday 12:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday we will be closed... We are taking this day by day and will try and keep everyone updated on any changes. If you are planning to come in to pick up your glasses please give us a call at 403-347-3370 so we can get your glasses ready to speed up the process and limit the time you need to be in the store for. We would also would like to remind everyone that if you are feeling ill in anyway please do not come into the mall/store, if you are showing symptoms we will be forced to ask you to leave for our own safety.
