This was a big job that was very tedious and required a lot of brush work. The exterior of this cabin was about 5 yrs over due for repaint and the amount of product applied showed. We had to spray and then fully backroll all aspects to push the product into the wood.

We left the island as it was and refinished the outside cabinets and the pantry door/frame. Benjamin Moore Silver Satin in a 35 degree lacquer. The stair nosing also was chipped bad and so we stripped them down and retained and cleared them. We also did a bunch of wall touch ups for the customers.

Sprayed the front door/garage door/side garage man door. Multi master coating. Build outs to a nice tone of white in elastomeric. And the main done in elastomeric as well.

- Bulk head in the kitchen removed, ceiling repaired and patched/painted. - Raised bar cut down - Old tile through out both bathrooms and the kitchen removed. - New tile floors. - Cabinets refinished with new euro hinges, new handles/knobs, new hinge tracks, replaced 4 doors with drawers for better access.... - All drawer faces were plained down to get rid of the grooves. - New quartz installed with a waterfall end panel. - New backsplash in kitchen and bathrooms with full backsplash behind the toilets for easy cleaning, and tile baseboards in the bathrooms. - Shower in the basement ripped out and replaced with a full walk in tile shower that will have a glass door installed soon. - All new toilets, sinks and all fixtures. - All railings sprayed with lacquer - Trim and doors repainted. - All walls repaired and repainted. - Pot lights installed through out the rooms to brighten up the areas. - Under cabinet lights updated. - New microwave/stove/dishwasher installed. Well its a good thing we held off on doing any exterior work today!!! That was a good storm.

We refinished these chairs/tables as apart of The Keg reno going on. 97 chairs and 65 tables. ALOT of work to remove upholstery, sand down, re-stain, and spray the clear coat on. But they turned out so good and are now back at the keg to be reassembled. Thanks MI3 for the work. The new shop space was put to the test to lay out that many tables to dry and cure.

I want to talk paint coverage. When you pick your colours for your home keep in mind that if your walls are darker and you want a tone of white or a really light colour, it will probably take 3 coats to cover the old colour. Also if you are only making a slight colour change, some times one coat will cover but most times it wont. Here is a perfect example in these pics. We had to do three coats on the darker colour but the lighter walls fully covered in 2 coats.

Putting our new shop bay to good use today spraying all these interior doors. Just waiting for our new spray booth and then we can fully move in and start spraying all of our cabinets here too. We were able to work with some amazing clients on this job. We worked together to make the changes/updates needed to reach their desired look. It turned out PERFECT!! Project #1 of the week. Sprayed these banisters to match the kitchen cabinets we did in January. Also did the front door.

This kitchen needed some TLC and thats exactly what we gave it. Repaired some areas and resprayed everything to their desired colour in a 35 degree lacquer. We also gave the baseboards a fresh coat of paint after the floors were changed and painted all the walls. A great update to this living space. New countertops as well. Who's next? These customers used abunch of the old cabinets but also had to have new cabinets made in certain areas to work with the design they wanted. We had to do a lot of prep but the end result is great. Cabinet refinish. We worked with @thekitchencentre on this project. They drilled euro soft close hinges and installed them, we filled all old hinge holes, filled handle holes and drilled new ones for a larger handle. The over head light was a little tricky to prep and spray but we figured it out and nailed it. Colour is called Dark roast from cloverdale in a 20 degree lacquer. They love it so much that now they want all their railings done in the home too!! Check out this update!! We refinished this customers cabinets a few years ago and this time we refinished their railings to match their floor that had been refinished. Walls were painted to OC-20 Pale oak. White was Cloud white to match their cabinets.
