We've been super busy and I haven't posted any pics in a long time so I thought I would post some comparison pics from an investors rental unit we did all the renos on. The joists were all spliced and put together (first pic) so they weren't structurally sound and we had to replace all the joists at the back of the 2nd floor. From there we continued on with the rest of the renos. Here's a few comparison pics.

Update on our century home reno in Toronto. Mudding of old to new is coming along nicely on the first floor and upper floors are getting drywall. This will be a gorgeous home when it's finished!

Yes we are working!!! It's been a while since I posted some pics but we are very happy to be doing a full reno of a 3 floor century home in Toronto. It is one of 3 projects we have on the go right now. Currently the demo is done, the wall framing is done and we are moving on to structural framing!! Here's some pics.
