This is a picture from 2010...the start of biz. I no longer use dried cranberries as the colour bleeds into the icing. I have replaced them with yummy Belgian chocolates buttons. A traditional Empire cookie is decorated in white icing. I still use white, but also use coloured icing depending on holidays and special occasions. I no longer use these boxes as they didn't work well to accommodate both my mini and regular size empire cookies. My quest for the best packaging continues as I continue to grow and develop my cookie business, but I love the search.
