Went to an amazing chocolate maker in San Ignacio Belize, got some ideas for a new cookie! Will be heading off down the barrier reef for three days on a sailboat, no internet so will be in touch with inquiries after that. Back baking for everyobe on the 12th!

After a very busy and exciting holiday season we will be closed for vacation ftom Dec 27 until January 12. Alan the Head Cookie will be ostensibly researching new cookie recipes on a sailboat off the coast of Belize among other activities.
