The time has come to leave our first family home and the only city I have ever known. I will miss it but I’m also so excited to see what Barrie has in store for my business and my family. I hope we are welcomed there with open arms Mostly though I will miss all my wonderful gta customers (so many of you have become like family these past few years), I hope to see many of your faces still . Hey Everyone! I hope you have all been staying safe and at home whenever possible I’ve been closed for most of April and am now reopening but availability will be very limited. Earlier this year I had decided to go part time so that I can focus more on my kids while they are still young as well as my health and getting more sleep. ... Now that my oldest is home and I am homeschooling as well, I will be doing even less orders during this time and it may take me a few days to get back to messages (thank you in advance for your understanding). It was my sons birthday yesterday and I surprised him with one of my jumbo cookie giftboxes. I’ve made a few of these within the past few weeks as gifts for other kiddos in my life. Like myself, I know a lot of you have maybe had birthday plans for your kids that had to be cancelled, or maybe they just need a little cheering up during this time. So during the month of May I will be offering these jumbo cookie giftbox sets. I will only be taking a few orders for these a week and for May only for the time being. I may do other flash sales here and there when I can, keep following my page for these. Details on how to order a May jumbo cookie box are on the next story/post. Also, if you currently have a May or June order that needs to be cancelled or postponed please let me know ASAP, otherwise I will assume your order is still booked. Hey everyone! I know some people are concerned about the COVID-19, so I just wanted to pop on here and send you all virtual hugs and hellos! I hope you are all staying safe and keeping CALM, we got this As a small business owner & momma, I completely understand the stress this puts on our entire community and personal/work lives. For cookiesbyo, everything is BUSINESS AS USUAL around here. ... I will keep monitoring the situation and being extra vigilant in keeping my work area clean and sanitized at all times (which I do anyways regardless of infectious diseases). If you however feel that you need to change your order size or cancel/reschedule your event, please make sure to still give me enough notice to accommodate the request (2 weeks+ is preferable but during this time 1 week at the minimum is acceptable). Just a reminder, deposits/payments are non-refundable however I am happy to reschedule you to a later date pending my availability. I will also be offering free heat sealed bags on all upcoming March orders to further help in avoiding the spread of germs and keeping your cookies fresh for even longer in the event that you need to reschedule your parties but still want to keep your booking. I will reevaluate this in April and carry over if needed. Thank you all for your continued support, I appreciate and value each and every one of you.
