Need I say anymore!!

To all my friends out there and to my new epicure family. I would like to take the time to thank you for being part of my epicure family. This summer as limited as it may be, can still be fun and exciting. I am looking forward to hosting a party or several this summer. ... And yes,,,,,being socially safe according to the restrictions we find ourselves in. I want to show some great items, some new ,some not so new, but with a little Keto twist, as this is the lifestyle I have chosen to live. To showcase some great spices for those that have no restrictions on their diets. There are so many choices and amazing flavours. Keto salmon sliders Used the everything bagel food topper on the keto buns. Roasted the salmon with fresh garlic and lemon dilly.

Our brunch today. Pork steak and asparagus omelet, and Cajun bacon wrapped asparagus. On a bed of spring mix, drizzled with balsamic vinegarette dressing.

Keto Everything Bagels.

Keto epicure breakfast It was amazing!! Hollandaise Sauce... 1/4 cup melted butter 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 1/2 tsp. Vinegar or lemon juice I used herb and garlic sea salt Pinch or two Smoked Paprika Tuxedo pepper Double boil everything but the butter I binge till creamy, add butter in a long stream ,,continually whisking till desired thickness. I poached two eggs . Used cream cheese and poof. Breakfast with a little classy sauce.

Made keto buns and used the Rosemary garlic spice. My house smells amazing. Breakfast is going to be awesome!!

This is dylan and my supper tonight. Sautéed pork steak and onions with some minced garlic, herbed garlic salt and tuxedo pepper. Steamed the veggies and and then mixed some soya sauce with 2 tbsp. of miso and ginger.... Supper turned out so good.

Quick dinner! Leftover meat... veggies and purple onion. 2tbsp of sesame ginger dressing mix and 3tbsp of soy sauce. Steamed cauliflower and sprinkled with Asian Unami nutritional yeast. My daughter just sent me her delicious looking supper preparation. I do have to say. These are so easy to prepare. The flavors of these spices are truly amazing.

Nothing like a super tasty shake. My daughter uses this for an alternative to breakfast. They are quite filling and yummy.

My daughter made these the other night. She said the kids loved them. I love this mix.

My daughter made donairs last night for their supper. I have to say, the donair meat was really good.

My 12 yr. old grandson Aiden made some biscuits today using the 3 onion dip mix from Epicure. He said they tasted amazing!! As you can see he used the sheet pan and the bake and roll.

Love the winter spring catalogue,,,,so many good recipes in here,,,,,,some of the food in here is great for this mess we find ourselves in. I am trapped in my house all day,,,,,the last thing I want to do is stand in my kitchen cooking for hours. I have to say a few sliced zucchini’s, ground meat, your choice and a handful of veggies of choice, and some grated cheeses and this gem of an item,,,,,,dinner under an hour I have to say this is the coolest mandolin I have used,,,,,and these things scare me,,,,,this one cuts so thin,,,,,and at night when I am craving chips,,,,,well I make them,,,,,best homemade chips,,,,,and yes I deep fry them,,,,,,for truly crispy chips

Used the Italiano coat and cook mix to coat my pork chop,,,,sautéd onions , celery, peppers with souvlaki spice, and made garlic butter and tossed it in the steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
