Wow! You guys LOVED last week’s PB and Chocolate Stuffed Date snack recipe from our in-house nutritionist so we thought we’d serve you up another simple sweet vegan snack/dessert recipe to enjoy while we’re all hunkered down at home. The best part these Vegan Chocolate Crunch Cups are only 3-ingredients!! Enjoy! 1 cups vegan chocolate chips 2 tsp. coconut oil cup vegan gluten free brown rice crisp cereal... Line a 12-cup muffin pan with silicone liners. In a small saucepan over low heat, slowly melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil. Once fully melted, add the cereal and stir to combine. Scoop about 2 Tbsp. of this mixture into each liner until all liners are full before transferring to the freezer. Freeze for 15-20 minutes then enjoy! Store in the refrigerator. Vow! Et, ce qu’il y a de mieux, c’est que ces friandises de chocolat végétalien croquant ne comptent que trois ingrédients! Régalez-vous! 1 tasse de pépites de chocolat végétalien 2 c. à thé d’huile d’huile de coco tasse de céréales de riz brun croustillantes et sans gluten Disposez des moules individuels en silicone dans un moule à 12 muffins. Dans une petite casserole, faites fondre lentement à feu doux le chocolat et l’huile de coco. Quand ils sont totalement fondus, ajoutez les céréales et remuez pour les mélanger. Déposez environ 2 cuillères à soupe de ce mélange à ras bord dans chaque moule individuel, avant de transférer le tout au congélateur. Congelez pendant 15 à 20 minutes avant de les savourer. À conserver au réfrigérateur.
