Hi Everyone - Just a notification because we have been asked a fair bit - we are open for walk-in traffic (with social distancing etc.) and are running with our regular hours. 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday 10:00-4:00 Saturdays... As well we are closed Wednesday July, 1st for Canada Day but will be open as normal Friday July 3rd and Monday July 6th.

We will remain in operation, and offer a FREE contactless Pickup/Delivery of all the items we sell. Also, should your Equipment need servicing, please call for pickup. As this is a curbside service, please have your system unplugged, ready for collection and in a plastic bag.... To place orders or request pickup, either call us on 519-389-2672 or email: [email protected] We encourage you to use the free Pickup/Delivery service (Purolator excluded)-alternately if you prefer to pick up from the store, we will pick your order, and once ready have it bagged and available for pickup outside the store. For Purolator shipments, Pickup & drop-off will occur like normal, with the exception that this will occur outside our store. Please maintain safe distance at all times. Stay Safe. Hi Everyone Due to the recent announcement by the government of Ontario for all non-essential businesses to shutdown, we may have to close the store front for all foot traffic. Until we find out more information on Tuesday, March 24th on the extent and details we are considering this a real possibility. Another reminder to be careful during the holiday seasons. Email scams and phishing sites are popping up left and right. Make sure you know where links are going to in email.

Just a heads up. During the holiday season all sorts of email courier delivery scams tend to make a resurgence. Always go directly to the couriers homepage and check your package from there if your expecting one. Be security safe this holiday season and think before you click. In the example below you can easily see the email address looks a little non-legitimate.

We have been made aware that people in this area have received calls from us stating that money is owing and had to be paid right away, otherwise they would be remotely logged into and locked out of their computers... These calls are from scammers, please do not give them any credit card information, money transfers, etc. If you are one of our account customers, we will keep sending out statements and invoices like normal.
