May 28, 2020 We are re-opening! Thank you for your patience during this time. We will begin booking chiropractic appointments starting Monday, June 1st. Our schedules will look a bit different for June, July, and August.... Please remember to keep up with your foot exercises and stretches to help alleviate chronic foot pain! I have included these stretches below and they are presented by a wonderful Reflexologist, Louise Groulx, whom this ...brochure below is courtesy of. Remember to use a sturdy belt when doing these stretches, not an elastic band. These are terrific stretches and they really do help!
