Throwback Thursday- While cleaning up and browsing through our website, I came across our New Year's blog from 2019. Although we are now in 2021, the information stands true... Change is hard.

On January 12, 2021, the Ontario government announced a stay-at-home order as part of its previously enacted Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act. Please note that chiropractors and other regulated health professionals are permitted to remain open as cited under the Act's Health Care and Social Services Section 53. We will continue to follow PPE and COVID-19 health and safety precautions to assure the safety of patients, staff and the general public.

May 28, 2020 We are re-opening! Thank you for your patience during this time. We will begin booking chiropractic appointments starting Monday, June 1st. Please remember to keep up with your foot exercises and stretches to help alleviate chronic foot pain! I have included these stretches below and they are presented by a wonderful Reflexologist, Louise Groulx, whom this ...brochure below is courtesy of. Remember to use a sturdy belt when doing these stretches, not an elastic band. These are terrific stretches and they really do help! We are still awaiting the go from The Reflexology Association of Canada when we can resume practicing and I will keep you updated as soon as that happens.
