Amazing day out checking projects-in-progress around Skaha Lake. These homes are being built by Barnett Construction with cabinetry and renderings by Cordial Design. Grant is taking photos to add to the 3D models he created. This way you'll see in the model exactly what you'll see in real life. Spring in the Okanagan... it is pretty hard to beat!

Grant developed bit of a knack for wakeboarding in the 90s and then began to design and manufacture his own custom boards that he called Cordial. In Australia, Cordial is pronounced ‘kor-dee-uhl and Cordial custom wakeboards are considered a significant innovation and influence on the industry. And that is the background on the how and why we chose our company name today.
