~Towel Dip Drill~ . . . A common error when performing the dip is a loss of connection between your elbows and abdomen/pelvis. To help reinforce that connection, this is a helpful drill.... . . . 1. Place towel between elbows and hips/pelvis. 2. As you dip maintain connection. 3. As you stand maintain connection. 4. If the connection is lost, the towel will drop. See more
