Good Morning Beautiful People! As more and more of us gradually return to using the CORE21 office space, we'd like to share a quick update and some "new normal" etiquette and expectations for those coming in, to best ensure the health and safety our members, staff and guests. Please read the following list of items carefully to ensure you are doing your part to contain the spread:... At this point, our doors will remain locked to avoid unknown and unexpected walk-in traffic. We will not be accepting Day Pass users or meeting room bookings for Non-Members quite yet. As always, all members will continue to be able to access the workspace and meeting rooms 7 days a week with their access card. A desk shield has been installed around the Reception Desk. Please refrain from coming behind the desk with the exception to pick up mail. Hands must be washed or sanitized just prior to or upon entering the building. A self-provided face mask or covering is strongly encouraged, particularly in the Reception area and while using common spaces. We kindly ask that the number of visitors be kept to a minimum for the time being. If a face to face meeting is required, we request that they are scheduled by appointment only and wear a mask. Guests should contact you directly upon arrival so you can let them in and ensure they sign-in. There is a reduced seating at our Hot Desk to allow for physical distancing. Continued physical distancing of 2 meters/6 feet, is expected in all common areas like kitchen and lounge spaces. We ask that if someone is in the kitchen, you wait until they are done in the space for your turn. Meetings held in our meeting and event rooms are limited to no more than 5 people at this time with appropriate physical distancing in place. Disinfectant wipes will be spread throughout the common areas. Clean your hands often, using soap and water (for a minimum of 20 seconds) or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Cover your cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue. Immediately throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands. Do not come to CORE21 if you’re not feeling well, show symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection, or have been around people who are not well. Avoid touching your face. Rest assured that we are keeping up with advisories and updates from all levels of government and health officials and will communicate any changes to procedures as we receive new information.
