2020 for us was about embracing change together. As a family, we embraced a window to move to where our hearts have been for years and with that came both ease and challenge. It was an opportunity to embrace the unknown while the collective energy was insecure. Personally, I have so much gratitude for my family, friends and clients who kept it real and me connected. This past year has solidified our family connection and allowed us freedom and much happiness despite a collec...tive time of insecurity. It was an interesting year lots of us want to forget in many ways and at the same time, recognize and love the shifts and silver linings. Energy has frequency and if everything is energy then everything has a frequency. Energy can shift simply and easily by our thoughts feelings and intentions bringing about our reality. Over the years I have become an expert in shifting energies through alternative perspectives to the positive, for clients, friends, family and of course myself. As a recovering people pleaser and highly sensitive being, I had to learn tools to shift perspectives so I could shift my an...xieties to inner peace. The beneficial flip side? More awareness and clearer guidance. Anxiety can be crippling and can cause mild to severe physical symptoms to extreme pain in our bodies. It gets louder until we choose to lean into the learning and discovery of alternate choice.
