Today we received the news as per government regulations, gyms and training facilities like CoreXcellence are to remain closed until January 11th, 2021. Over the past 5 weeks, our performance team has had the pleasure to coach some of our #CoreX family through Zoom training and our Online Training App. We were truly looking forward to welcoming back the entire family next week but this will be on hold for a few more weeks.... In the interim, our Performance Team will continue to provide #IntensityDoneRight workouts and fine tune your nutrition & lifestyle habits on our online platforms. Remember that the Sports Medicine Clinic remains open and employs stringent safety protocols as they treat your aches and pains. We will continue to interact with you through our social media network by sharing insights, informational tips, and instructional videos on training, nutrition, and rehabilitation to keep our #CoreXFamily going strong and step into 2021 on a healthier foot!
