Sharing some detail pictures of this romantic, wildflower, vintage garden wedding this past summer! When the bride told me about her vision, I was so excited to mix colour and vintage. I knew it would be extra special! The bride curated the perfect styling accents from candles to vases to seating for her day. I also went to through my trinket closet (yes, I have a full closet decor accents or as my hubby calls them trinkets) to find vintage books, a cake pedestal and a pict...ure frame. Cheers to a year we’ll never forget! As I reflect on the past twelve months, I couldn’t be more grateful for everything I was able to experience and accomplish. I’m finding myself drawn to minimalist design more than ever before! We focused on tried-and-true wedding themes, but with a refreshed take on them. The excitement of dreams coming true is beyond the description of words. I had a vision for this and I was able to make it happen. It was my first time designing a styled shoot and I wanted to push my creativity, play with new colour combinations and texture, and put my personality into a tablescape. Seeing my work like this makes me feel so grateful for the amazing supporters in my life and opportunistic for what the future will bring. ... Much more to come from this! I couldn’t be happier with everything I was able to accomplish in my first yearthree weddings, two styled shoots and one floral installation workshop! It was a labour of love and I wouldn’t of changed a thing. With each wedding, I learned and grew, but I know there is still so much more. I want thank everyone who put their trust in me and has followed along my journey so far! Welcoming September with a wedding this long weekend! I’m off to beautiful @whispering_springs for an enchanted forest wedding. This is a wedding that we planned and then replanned due to COVID. Even though it’s totally different than originally intended, so many good things have come out of these changes. I’m so excited for everything to come and for my very kind and sweet couple to get married!

Yesterday was a dream come true! I had so many I can’t believe I designed this moments and I think I said I love it about a million times. It was so surreal to see four of my visions come to life. It was proof to me that, yes, I can do this! I planned the styled shoots with the purpose of inspiring couples with fresh wedding designs ideas. Get ready for a jam-packed weekend! Today I’m meeting @kreativebykristawismer to pick up a little surprise I put together for a client (it’s going to the perfect little touch) and tomorrow is Vivian & Kyle’s wedding day at Keppel Croft Gardens. It’s going to the vintage, colourful wedding of your dreams! On Sunday, @serendipityfloralss and I are attending a floral installation workshop by @thetorontoflowerschool at the @hardingwaterfrontestate. It’s also a styled shoot, so lo...ts of pretty things coming your way. And to kick-start the following week, @emccrackenphotography, @carrielynnfloral and I are doing a site visit for our secret project! This is a picture of the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde in Marseille from our travels through the French Riviera last year. If it weren’t for COVID, my husband and I would be off to Nice next week to celebrate our anniversary. We just absolutely fell in love with the city and the coast. Until we can travel again, we’ll keep dreaming.

It’s been a quiet week for me on Instagram, but the busiest week for my inbox! Finalizing details for an elopement next weekend and two styled shoots at the end of August. Who said this summer wasn’t going to be busy?!
