Looking for a FULL TIME general site labourer for a mediocre size builder for a few days a week. The rest will be ‘back framing’ for a large new home builder in KW and surrounding areas. Steady work 5 days a week! Pay every Monday And WILLING TO TRAIN so no experience necessary! Tasks include but not limited to... Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades required at construction sites Assist with a variety of tasks including erecting walls, measuring, cutting and installing trim Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers and glaziers in construction activities Assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment, maintain clean and safe work setting Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers as directed Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed Travel required throughout Guelph-KW area! **Must have valid driver's license** Working at Heights necessary, will need to get if hired Must be able to work at heights the odd time, Team player, able to follow direction Physically fit as this position will require lifting Additional Requirements: Other Requirements: CSA Work boots, tool belt. **Again Must have own transportation as the sites are spread out**
