They were thorough during the inspection and took the time to explain things to me in detail along the way which was super helpful. The report that I received after was detailed as well and I will be referring back to in the future as we settle into our new home. rgcphomer7g 19 weeks ago Highly recommended!! Well worth every single penny. Our Realtor gave us a list of 3 different Home Inspection companies with Corner 2 Corner being one of them. Out of the 3 this inspection was the most expensive. Our 2200+ square foot home was about $625 compared to the others at $500. However I believe the extra money was most definitely worth every penny. Tim and his 2 man crew were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We received a g...reat detailed report outlining defects we needed to take care of. Luckily for us none were major game changers. The report even included pictures of all of our appliance’s information plates. In my mind Tim and his crew were extremely well versed in all things home inspection related and very helpful where we had questions. They even offered to come back if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Corner 2 Corner Inspections and Tim. Any extra money spent up front will be definitely be made up in piece of mind going forward with a home purchase. See more

Jhoan Rodriguez 16 weeks ago We were satisfied by the way Tim,Dave and Dave inspected the duplex we are planning to buy. They were very concise and detailed in explaining to us what the issues they saw in that house. Fortunately, no major problems. Though some of those issues may lead to big problems if not addressed as early as possible. Tim and his team were very professional and showed knowledge and expertise in what they do. They made us feel that they truly deserved every penny we paid them.

Arrora Francis 1 week ago I absolutely recommend Tim and this company. I had a fantastic experience with all of the staff involved. They where very thorough and had documented everything with pictures and recommendations on how to fix issues they found on the property. They where very open to answering my questions and concerns and giving me as much information as they could. Tim was very friendly, personable and professional. Tim also went above and beyond to help me when an issues arose due to a situation caused my the management company for the property. If I could put in 10 stars I would!
