If you’re looking to keep the natural beauty of your piece but want to bring back the lustre in the wood, we highly recommend you give hemp oil a try! Hemp oil works well for those with chemical sensitivities and it’s food safe so its perfect for butcher blocks, wooden utensils or cutting boards. It will darken and enrich your wood, though the age and type of the wood will determine how dramatic those results will be. It also provides protection for your piece! Would you like to freshen up your outdoor patio furniture? We painted our Adirondack Chairs and flower boxes with Fusion Mineral Paint. Using Little Star, the chairs were a red stain and it took only two coats to cover it. This product really is amazing. Check out this little video we did of how easy it goes on and how much it covers.

We are planning to put all the dry goods and sauces out tonight once we get them in the system. Here is a little Fusion Paint project we completed using Seaside for the kitchen cabinets and Champness for the bathroom vanity. We decided to do an Oceanside theme with the colors and the starfish handles. You could do this for only a fraction of the cost of new cabinets and completely change the way your kitchen looks and feels.

Just a little fun fact about our stain and finishing oils! This is hands down my favourite product in the Fusion Mineral Paint line. The fact that it is made of natural oils and resins makes it safer to work with, this is important if you have allergies to strong scents. I also love how easy it is to work with and its versatility!
