Week 3 of Multisport Camp was our BIGGEST week yet!! With great weather and lots of smiles, everyone had an AWESOME time!! The triathlon was a HUGE success!!!

Week 2 of Multisport Camp was AWESOME!! All of our campers exceeded their expectations and our leader's!!

Week one was a HUGE success!! It was awesome to see all of the campers compete in the Triathlon on Friday, they performed amazingly!!! Our leaders captured some fantastic photos!

HUGE win for Canada!!!!! Our very own Penny Oleksiak wins the Olympic gold medal last night in the 100 meter freestyle!!! WAY TO GO PENNY!!!!! Can't wait to see what the future has in store for this golden girl!!!

Transition training with Tanya Deeks on Monday morning before the storm! Tanya is a triathlete who finished 4th in her age group at the 2016 Cross Triathlon World Championship in Italy. She will be competing in the 2017 World Championships in Penticton, BC. Thank-you so much for sharing your knowledge with us, Tanya! See you next Monday!!

On Thursday, we biked to Grandma's Ice Cream and then went to the Long Sault Beach! What a fantastic day!!!! We are very lucky to have had the sun come out in the afternoon! Great biking everyone!!!!!
