About Dr. Joel Leger, DC Dr. Joel Leger was born and raised in Cornwall, ON. It is with great pleasure and pride that Dr. Leger returns to his hometown to provide complementary and alternative healthcare to the community. Dr. Leger graduated magna cum laude from University of Ottawa, school of human kinetics, in 2008. He then pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at CMCC, in Toronto, and graduated in 2012. Throughout Dr. Leger's post-secondary education, he received t...he academic all Canadian student athlete award for the sport of baseball and he was placed on the dean's honor list. About Dr. Kylie Draper, DC Dr. Kylie Draper graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Medical Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2008. She then went on to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (clinic honours) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College from 2008-2012. In 2012, she studied contemporary medical acupuncture at McMaster University and graduated as a Certified Acupuncture Provider.
