A plugged exhaust could result with a deadly carbon monoxide (CO) to push back down into your home, or your furnace to shut down Check your exhaust regularly and maintain clear of snow and ice Carbon monoxide is odorless, colorless and tasteless- You will not be able to rely on your sense of smell to the presence of CO. Not only should your house be protected by smoke alarms, but CO alarms as well.
