The current nature trail going through Russell used to be the New York central railway. This refurbished crossing built by Henry Staal is a reminder of Russell’s past and was John’s base for all of the street names in Russell Trails such as Central Park, York Crossing, Pioneer, Boxcar, Manhattan Court, Station Trail, Junction, Duncanville, Gamble and Solidex Place.
