When you come home from a walk with Charlie to find Tim making Lemon Meringue pie from scratch (because he didn't see the sherriff's shortcut). I might need an extra walk later.

Still busy at the five star farm
We have used our new smoker the Monster all summer and it has worked out great. One of the reasons we purchased it was to increase our cooking capacity and to be able to do BBQ in the winter. Well we had to find a permanent location for Mr Monster. We are happy to say our Monster has found a new home so we can serve BBQ all winter long.
This should keep the fire breathers well fed.
Sure nice to cook for a home town crowd. Many thanks to the SLPOA for asking me to do there event it was a sold out show.
We had a chance to cater a wedding this past weekend. The venue, a beautiful lot on Bobs Lake. The bride and groom as well as most of the guests were from the USA. We were very well received by a lot of very friendly people. Here is a picture of the whole crowd special thanks to Alex the photographer, for all the great work and being so helpful. We wish Gretchen and Adam all the best.

Cota's Mobile Catering & Bar-B-Que isn't a chip truck it's more like a restaurant on wheels. And while owners Tim and Penny specialize in all things barbecue, ...that’s not all they do. The Cotas work with every client to make sure the menu they custom create for each event is spot on, and they’ve got all the equipment to perfectly prepare any kind of meat and trim it out with all the fixings, appetizers, sides, and desserts you can imagine: www.cotasmobilecatering.com Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, give Cota’s a call if you’re having an event and need some good food. Please share this post and help us spread the word about our latest Brand Ambassador #inFrontenac.
