It is always best for parents to be able to decide together regarding the welfare of their children, whether you are living together or not... If you are not able to do this, someone else ( a judge) will make that decision on your child's behalf. Mediation is a process of learning how to mutually arrive at a supportable agreement when you are not in agreement.
