There's a lot of people weighing in on the medical best-practices of this outbreak - but what about the psychological? In a nutshell, take care of yourself and focus on those things you can control including: - your own habits - your own stress management... - the amount and source of news you take in - practical preparation - making a plan for changes to work and/or childcare - the risks you are comfortable/not comfortable taking on If nothing else, let this be a reminder to hold your loved ones extra tight (if asymptomatic!!) and to not let the small stuff get in the way of what matters. AND make sure that if you do cancel experiences or plans that you were looking forward to, that you let yourself feel disappointed but also empowered by that decision.
