It's back!!!! Our Curtido is a seasonal ferment, and we've been out since late January. We'll be jarring up Curtido this week and it should be in stores by next week! Thanks for waiting! The jalapeños are local, grown by Glade Organics.

Our mission is to make our sauerkraut and kimchi from locally grown organic veggies, ideally grown as close to our production facility in Salmo as possible. At least 95% of our veggies are grown within 2 km!! Since we cannot source jalapeños in the winter locally and the peppers we can source from Mexico this time of year don't hold a candle to our local jalapeños, we've decided to make our delicious Curtido a seasonal product. We have only a dozen or so cases left and we are selling them to the Kootenay co-op, so get yours soon!
