TIME TO SAY GOODBYE Dear customers and friends, It is with a very heavy heart that I announce that as a result of the financial impact of Covid-19, Country Living Dog Resort's boarding facility will be closed permanently and last day of operation will be Friday Sept 25th, 2020.... My son and I will be moving end of September. Since the spring, bookings were down considerably and I managed to stay in business thanks to government support, and occasional overnight and daycare guests. I was optimistic with the reopenings this summer that business would pick up quickly but alas, the demand for boarding was far less compared to last summer, and by then, the damage had already been done. This is one of the hardest decisions that I ever had to make, and I was planning on caring for your fur babies for the long haul but unfortunately, Covid-19 did not ignore my small business and I have to make the tough decision to close down. The past six months have been hard and due to the financial uncertainty going forward, I felt that it was best to close the boarding facility permanently. I would like to thank you all for your patronage in the past year, and years past. Country Living Dog Resort would not have been in business over 10+ years if it wasn't for your continued support. It was truly a great experience meeting you all, and I will definitely miss all the happy faces (especially the four-legged ones!)
