So many good smells this morning!!

Last day open before the long weekend! We also have a limited amount of red velvet cupcakes with sweet icing. They will be ready to package around 10:30 today. Have a LOVE-ly weekend!!

Just a reminder that we have three Bakeshop days left before Valentine’s. We are closed this coming Saturday, Feb 13th to give all staff a long weekend.

It may be cold outside, but don’t forget to warm your loved ones’ hearts with some Valentine’s goodies!!

We have 8 rhubarb pies up for grabs...they don’t seem to fade in popularity! Next week....pumpkin!

Back to no masks necessary Friday September 18th!! We will still stick with physical distancing and a limit of 3 customers in the store at a time. Please respect everyone’s personal space so we don’t have to go back to the masks.

When in Hamiota.. A stop at Country Crocus Bakeshop (known for their award-winning donuts in Manitoba) is a MUST!

Reminder that we have a long weekend coming up, so we won’t be open on Saturday, August 1st. Last day open this week is Friday, July 31st. We will be open for two more weeks after that before we go on holidays.

Well, it might be a short season this year. If anyone has rhubarb that they aren’t going to use, our rhubarb lovers would sure appreciate it!!! We are running low!!

Trying out some Marble Rye this week!

Our bakers experimented with Old Fashioned Rye today, but it didn’t turn out as they hoped so if you come in today you can Buy One (at half price) and Get One Free!!

The bakeshop smells heavenly this morning!! Chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies just came out of the oven, our amazing caramel dip for donuts finally came on the truck yesterday, and we have something new...strawberry cream cheese streudel and Black Forest streudel!!!

Open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. Then closed til Tuesday April 14th. Family gatherings will be much smaller this year. But Easter has not been cancelled. We are selling lots of Paska bread, Hot Cross Buns, Easter Sugar Cookies and soft buns this week so hurry in, call in, or arrange delivery! 204-764-2147

Update: Country Crocus Bakeshop is an essential service as listed by our provincial government and will continue operating as we always have while adapting and creating new safety precautions to protect our customers and our staff. We disinfect our debit machine after each customer and wipe down surfaces touched by customers when they exit. ... We have a glass barrier at the til and tomorrow we will be adding a curtain to separate the front from the back production area. We have placed X’s on the floor to help customers with guidelines for physical distancing.
