Dear Valued Customers Country Fresh Cleaning Services has been closely following precautions set by all levels of government and health officials as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. The health and safety of our clients, employees, and broader community is a priority, therefore we ask for cooperation in order to halt the spread. The following email will address the measures Country Fresh Cleaning Services is putting in place to keep everyone safe while continuing to... offer our clients help when they need us most. Country Fresh cleaning staff has been pre-screened. Staff were asked to be more mindful of the seriousness of this virus and wear protective gloves during the cleaning process. Staff will be changing gloves more often than usual along with changing out cloths often. This request is in addition to our normal practice which is that every clients dwelling always gets fresh rags and mop heads as part of our regular sanitation procedures. All touch points will be thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant as part of the regular cleaning and disinfecting regimes, both in terms of products used and surfaces targeted based on Public Healths recommendations. This includes hand held devices like telephones, remotes and high traffic wall touch points. Please reframe from leaving out materials to clean like magazines. It is also recommended that items that cannot be easily cleaned (e.g., newspapers, magazines, stuffed toys) be removed. This is part of Public Health Standards in order to protect both clients and employees. We are asking our clients that may be ill and showing symptoms to please call or email office to cancel service. If you have traveled outside of country and recently returned since March 13 2020 please cancel your services as Country Fresh Cleaning Services wishes to keep all employees safe from the risk of possibly contracting Coronavirus disease (COVI-19).
