We are going on year THREE of online yoga challenges. In November I sent out a survey and 90% voted for a yoga 30 day challenge in January. So here we go! How it works -Classes are online and videos are released at 6am through the online content on Punchpass -We have guest teachers from around the globe ... -Classes are accessible to all levels. - A variety of Yoga, Vinyasa(Flow), Yoga Nidra, Meditation, core flow, and Yin & Restorative. - Classes are 30 mins. Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra are 45 mins.
