The moments that made 2020 I have started to type this probably a million times. I have no words for 2020. It tested my mental fortitude, my strength, my faith, and my patience. It was highs followed by devastating lows. It brought me the best possible peoplr and removed the ones who sought only to use my light. It brought a career transition followed by a crash of the fitness industry and then another career transition. It showed me that some years you just need to continu...e on your journey, even if its hard. 2020 was a real bitch of a year. In both the best and the worst ways. Thank you for all of the support. Some lessons I've learned in 35 years Make sure what you are fighting for is worthy of your energy. You don't need to engage with every battle. Pick the ones that mean the most to you. Building a new life is never as glamorous as the self help books portray it. Its more like having every bone in your body broken. But the pain is worth it.... Dance every single day. Because it feels good and embarrasses your kids You can only be wise after your are stupid. The stupider you are in your youth the wiser you will be. Never stop growing yourself. Find your people and love them hard. Even if its weird. Follow your passions. Even if they don't make you money. Sometimes you just have to be the bigger person.
