Please be sure to complete the mandatory Covid pre-screening survey NOW sent out 48 HOURS before every appointment (check your email in updates or junk folder if not found contact the clinic). This must be completed within 48-24 hours before your appointment, in order to be sure that we are safe to proceed. This is mandated by our College of Massage Therapy of BC. We also require at least 24 hours screen for filling last minute booking and will only be booking in returning cl...ients familiar with our protocols and screening process. So please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. If we do develop a cold we stop working and are asked to call 8-1-1. Then depending on our symptoms, we may require a COVID test before we return to work. We are doing our best to remain healthy so that we can provide Registered Massage Therapy to all of our fantastic clients such as yourself!
