This week we worked hard on knee function and stability. The results are truly incredible! Working on keeping heel down at the beginning of relevé and lengthening down on the descend. The process is hard! You can see a stunning descend then a process of understanding until (and I didn’t quite catch it on video) the dancer finally gets full power and control at the end both up and down.
