Well, if you would have told me a year ago that yesterday would my LAST DAY at the gym I certainly wouldn't have believed you. September of this year marked 7 years spent with the BEST coworkers and friends at World Health & GYMVMT. ... I think like many others out there, our covid quarantine gave me an immense amount of time to rest, think, and learn about myself. The more I learned about myself, and the more time I spent with family, I could slowly feel my life priorities s...hifting. With that shift, I realized that if there was ever a time to push myself out of my comfort zone, get over my fear of fear itself, ride the wave of change, and see what would happen if I took action to make a big change to my life... now would be the time. ... I grew so much, and learned SO much, over the past 7 years. I am so thankful for all of my coworkers, clients, and friends that I have met only because I took that jump into health and fitness in 2013. I learned of the job at the Edgemont World Health through an unexpected email from a fellow Athletic Therapist by COMPLETE CHANCE. If I hadn't received that email, read it, re-read WEEKS after it was sent, and acted on it... I would have never had this experience with you all. ... So, the biggest thing I can say is THANK YOU.
