Today is the Valley Food bank turkey drive! So in continuing the spirit of community sportsmanship, Covered Bridge B&B is donating a turkey AND challenging our friends at Crossing Paths Guest House to rise to the challenge!

One of the absolute best parts of running a B&B is that while we are unable to travel the world, the world travels to us. We have recently had the privilege of hosting guests while they’re in our region for work. All 3 of them come from different countries, only one of which has snow. 1 of them has been in NB for less than a month (and only in Canada since spring). The other has lived here for 15 years. *An important side note; all 3 are here to fill jobs that were not being... filled by our local population. #weareone #itsasmallworld

Yoga @ The B&B Begins Monday, September 23rd! ~ 6 week session ~ $75/adult~ $50/student... Sunshine Yoga 6AM-6:50AM Start your work week off energized! Stretching and breathing to open the posture before hitting the desk. Yoga after School 4:15PM-5PM Learn breathing and calming techniques through breath work and grounding. Combat habits created by screen use for a healthy body and a successful school year. Teachers and students welcomed. Just for Men 5:30PM-6:30PM Join the guys on the mat that see the value in self care but would rather learn the ropes in a male-only class. Beginners welcome. 6 weeks of progressions into full postures. All Bodies Rise 7PM-8PM General hatha flow yoga class for all levels. Students will be on their feet, seats, knees and back. We got some very wise advice from Doris when starting out, to not let the B&B run us, and instead run the B&B. Life calls sometimes but the show must go on. We are so appreciative of this woman right here and all her help.

Monday 10 girls in grade 8 & 9 will be participating in a day of learning, leadership & wellness. One of the activities they will do is create bathroom bags for B&B guests when they arrive and have forgotten the bare necessities. These kits will be available by donation and the entire proceeds of these kits will be presented to the Sanctuary House in Woodstock. ...
