Cowichan Preschool is sending our deepest condolences to the Pontious Family. This picture was taken in October 2020 during our field trip at the Pontious’ property ( Mountain Valley Farm). Glen would get the pumpkin patch ready, so the children at Cowichan Preschool would have a pumpkin to take home. The Pontious family have done so much for our program. Over 18 years, Trish Pontious (Miss. Trish) had taught many of our parents and children throughout the Valley. Her husband Glen and their three son’s have done numerous projects for our preschool and their grandson attends our program. We are thinking of you all, sending love and hugs

We are really missing the children, and we know they are missing their preschool teachers and friends too! So, we are working on bringing you some interactive videos to share with your kids at home. Stay tuned for our first video from Miss Lia, coming this week! It will include a mix of breathing and yoga activities, among other things.

This preschool is truly amazing. All the teachers genuinely love their job and all the kids. My son has had an amazing year attending. The field trips are always full of nature and wonder for them. Would recommend Cowichan Preschool to anyone needing care for their little ones.
