Insulated concrete form foundation ready to pour tomorrow.
Deck and stairs were added to this building and a door cut out of the wall then installed.
Another fence project wrapped up.
ICF Foundation on the go in Maple Bay
Four sets of custom 12x12 ft swing doors built and installed recently.
Replaced a pair of decks this week. Vinyl goes on next week and I’ll be back for the stairs.
Today we cut a window in to a finished home. Always a mystery what one will encounter doing these type of jobs. Luckily, everything went smooth. Ready for drywall and then interior trim.

Galvanized fence project wrapped up at the Aria
Completed this deck over the holiday weekend. All hidden fasteners and mitred butt joints. It turned out great!
Paint has been applied on a recently completed entry upgrade project. Things really came together nicely on this one.
Rails are installed on a previously completed set of stairs.
Another deck project underway. This one is all hidden fasteners and lap joints on the decking, making for a very clean finish look when it’s done.
Roof is complete and ready to be shingled. Next we will be starting on an arbor running along the front of the house.
We’ve a solid start on this entry project. The curved sidewalk and foundation are complete and back filled. Today the roof section was removed and framing for the walls completed.
Constructing a new entry for this home. Footings are in and ready for backfill. Starting the framing soon.
Quick little filler job for a couple of our favourite clients at a dog day care. They needed to contain the pups a little better and obstruct their view.
A recently completed fence project. This was part 6x6 posts with horizontal pickets and part round posts with wire fence, circling the entire property.
One of the fences we currently have on the go, this one is in Duncan at the Aria.
Decking replacement and stair rebuild
Before/After of the stained cedar soffit entry. Post and beams were also wrapped. Pictures do not do it justice, this looks great.
Strip footings underway for a retaining wall to be poured this coming week.
Recently have been upgrading the front entry for this beautiful home. The posts and beams were left unfinished, they have been furred out and dressed up. Aluminum soffits were completed and the entry soffits will be done with stained cedar T&G.
Started this week with cladding two gables in pre-stained cedar shakes.
Added a set of stairs of this deck today. Each landing is picture framed with the decking and planned out so all deck boards are full width. The rise was planned to follow the hardi reveals. This turned out great.
Today’s little project was a front entry upgrade. We tore out the existing deck and replaced it with rough cut western cedar, and added some decorative details on the beams. An existing step in the concrete was dressed up nicely too.
