One day you think the kitchen is almost done. Then you pull it apart at start again. George’s Kitchen is coming to life.

Countertops came in. Not to bad.

Hey gang. Just a quick update. We are delayed a bit. Waiting on coolers and counter tops. Putting a few extra details into the kitchen in the mean time. We are now shooting for the first week of February. Getting close though :) Thanks to all those who have stopped by for visits and to check on progress. Can’t wait to serve you all soon.

There’s weeks where progress seems to be at a stand still. Then a few hard days come together and changes start coming through. Couple hard weeks to the finish and we will be up and running.

Some quick before and after shots of front site cabin we just finished up. But more work to come but she’s really coming together. As you can tell, Dottie wishes we were keeping this one for ourselves.

It’s been a fun go at the kitchen floor. But she’s leveled, plumbed (mostly). Just about time to bring the appliances back in. Ps. We’ve leased the kitchen. Stayed tuned for that announcement.

Not to bad. Next step is coolers, shelving and front desk.

Fresh ceiling day. Big shout out to Robert Sigouin of RHS construction LTD for fixing our ceiling. Man oh man I can’t wait to get the new lights up in here.
