To abide by AHS and government guidelines and restrictions, we are approved to offer facility use to a maximum of 25% capacity aswell as one on one training. We will be offering posted workouts to follow if you choose to or follow your own program! ... This will be open and available to ANYONE (women, men, youth, families) by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Gym facility participants rules & responsibilities: *please do not come if you are sick, experiencing symptoms, in quarantine, returning from travel or exposed to anyone who has tested positive. *use hand sanitizer and sanitize equipment after each use. *use masks upon entering facility and when/if distance cannot be maintained. *maintain 6ft distance between others in facility at all times.
