Whole Wheat sliced bread that my kids like!! I made up the dough yesterday, let it sit over night, shaped it into the pans, let it rest and then in the oven it went. No kneading.... My loaves are a bit smaller than the recipe because I dropped some of the dough on the floor. Lunch today is this bread with peanut butter. Happy Monday!
