Saturday the 14th of November is World Diabetes Day. A day to honour the important work carried out by diabetes educators across Canada. Help spread awareness and support the fight to END DIABETES! Don't forget to wear blue and snap a photo for social sharing using #EndDiabetes.

On Remembrance Day, we will pay tribute to members of our Armed Forces who have sacrificed for our country. Honour those who have served and continue to serve and show thanks for their sacrifice. You can pay tribute to our veterans and active service members by observing a moment of silence at 11 a.m. on November 11 wherever you are.

It's the beginning of November which means its the start of MOVEMBER. This began as an idea in 2003 to bring back the moustache and evolved into a movement to raise awareness around prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention in men. More than 20 countries participate annually raising money to fight cancer and run other mens health programs. Help change the face of mens health.
