As a Member of Parliament, I have not voted on an actual fiscal plan, a budget, an annual budget, by the Government of Canada since prior to the last election. ... We had fall federal election in 2019 and we have gone through all of 2020 with a few fiscal snapshots. There is no time, I don’t think, in our history, that we’ve gone this long without a budget. With over $1 trillion in spending since 2019, it's clear the Liberals do not have a plan to kick start the economy, create jobs or tackle this massive debt. Just moments ago there was a vote in the House of Commons on my colleague Bob Saroya, MP's Private Member’s Bill C-238, which would raise the mandatory minimum ...sentence for criminals convicted for knowingly possessing a smuggled firearm. The Liberals, once again propped up by the NDP and Green Party voted against this motion and the bill was defeated. To summarize - The Liberals, NDP, and Greens are a-okay with illegally obtained firearms in the hands of criminals and gang members, but are working hard to remove legally owned firearms from law-abiding firearms owners. This is proof that the Liberals are not tough on crime, they’re purely ideological in their crass division of Canadians. This time they ended up somehow siding with criminals instead of law-abiding Canadians. Birds of a feather....

Because of Justin Trudeau's failure to negotiate agreements to procure vaccines in a timely manner, Canada is at the back of the line. CFIB reports that there c...ould be as many as 181,000 small business closures across Canada. This falls squarely at the feet of Justin Trudeau who failed to put the needs of Canadians and our economy first. It's time to start looking forward. We need a plan to safely open our businesses and get back to work. My focus as your Member of Parliament is to get as many people back to work in every part of Canada, in every sector as quickly as possible. Job number one is jobs.

Liberals make life more expensive. Tax increases for 2021. Liberals raise taxes on Canadians during pandemic... As of January 1, payroll taxes have increased, making life more costly for Canadians. It’s shameful that the Liberals think it’s a good idea to raise taxes on Canadians during a pandemic. If Justin Trudeau wants to support workers, he needs to lower taxes, not raise them. These tax increases will have a large impact on Canadians who are hurting during this pandemic. Workers will see hundreds of dollars off their paychecks due to these taxes. This means that Canadians will have less money to pay their bills. The choice by Justin Trudeau to raise taxes on Canadians is another example of his failure to support workers. Correctional Service Workers put their lives on the line every day and now Justin Trudeau is putting them at the back of the line when it comes to receiving the... COVID-19 vaccine. I have been informed by concerned Canadians that here in Central Alberta, the Public Health Agency of Canada has decided that 100 vaccines that are earmarked for the CSC Prairie Region will be given to inmates first, many at the Bowden institution which houses a high percentage of sex offenders. None of the initial tranche of vaccines will be provided to the CSC employees who work in our prisons and live in our communities. These are misguided priorities and Minister Blair has an obligation to intervene on behalf of our Correctional Service Workers.

The stuff in this article is what keeps me up at night. I have always wanted to leave Canada in better shape than I found it. I remember the years my Party was ...the government. There was always a clear plan. We will need all cylinders of our economy firing, including the oil and gas sector in Canada. No more virtue signalling, no more woke priorities, it’s time for mature responsible decision making. With permission I am posting a portion of this message: "Christmas is about a celebration a celebration of life eternal life that each of us can have because of God’s gift of his son - God’s gift of his son and Jesus gift of his life which gives us eternal life. You can’t cancel Christmas. It’s just not possible. You can’t cancel Christmas because you can’t cancel love you can’t cancel forgiveness and you can’t cancel grace. You can’t cancel Christmas because Christmas has nothing to do with what we have done but everything to do with what God has already done. You can’t cancel Christmas because you can’t cancel the cross and you can’t cancel the empty grave. You can’t cancel Christmas because Christmas is about receiving. Receiving His gift of forgiveness and peace and joy and life by simply believing in Him, Nothing we have done or can ever do will separate us now from Gods love.
