Université Sainte Anne's information session. They may be from a small community, but they have the energy of a metropole! The session touched on the different programs they offer, the explore program, the many many scholarships they have, and more (including the quality of their cafeteria )! Thank you Université Sainte-Anne for this very informative evening! #FrenchImmersion #French #TeachinFrench

Did you know? Counting in French Has a Different Logic... While in English you would say eighty-three, in French, you would say, quatre-vingt or four twenties. ... This system of counting by twenty came about after the French Revolution as a way of unifying the counting system, similar to the use of score in the old English system. #SaviezVous #DidYouKnow #FrenchFacts #interesting #iSupportCPFNS

At Canadian Parents for French we know this has been a tough year mentally, emotionally, and financially. That’s why we decided to waive our $25 membership fee until march 2021. In these uncertain times we're lucky to be able to offer this to our members because your membership means so much to us! Unfortunately, many children across Canada have not been so lucky this year. Between virtual classrooms, not seeing their friends, and missing out on school-related o...pportunities, kids (and parents) have struggled. And now kids and parents are also dealing with cuts to French Second Language programs due to the challenges presented by the pandemic and remote learning. That’s why we’re asking you to consider donating to the CPF Mary Joyce Booth Fund. We understand not everyone is in a position to give. But if you are in a position to give this year, please consider donating to help build Canada’s bilingual future. We have set a goal of $1000 and it would be amazing if we could surpass it. The work that we do is as important as ever before and only possible because of your encouragement and support! Go to http://ow.ly/EZTJ50CgELy to Donate
